Speak with your customers.
Todayās tip is as simple as that (yet worth remembering).
Whether youāre doing from 0 to 1, scaling from 1 to 1000s, or being in an established business.Ā

Last week, Ben Williams (The Product-Led Geek) reported that ICPs may vary across time (from today to 1 year and more) and space (different countries).Ā
Also, users can use your product in a way you didnāt even think about ā giving precious insights both in terms of product marketing positioning and when it comes to product roadmap (new features, products, and more).Ā
Speaking with customers is also crucial when naming new products, as Tamara Grominsky suggests.Ā
So, in the end, donāt do like Siddharta ā searching for a sempiternal answer far away from home. Instead, look around. Maybe you have the answer just near you.Ā
See you in the next issue,
